1127資訊組織筆記及心得

※編目細項的順序不能變動
   會議名單：羅馬拼音不需要再給英文名稱

目標：與2004年不同
1.ISBD提供強制性的規範(所有出版類型的資料)包括一致性和統一性，特別資料有特別的規範
2.全球的書目資料要能夠相容，目的為國際間書目資料的交換，目標為國與國之間的交流而非地方與地方(例：FJU&倫敦大學)
※資訊社群包括出版社、網站製作者
3.ISBD須適應各種不同著錄層次
4.需指定在某資源敘述的細目
5.ISBD處理的對象應為細目而不是將細目顯示在特定的系統內，只需管有哪些細目即可
6.成本需有效率

1. 題名及著者敘述項
2. 版本項
3. 資料特殊細節項
4. 出版項
5. 稽核項
6. 集叢項
7. 附註項
8. 標準號碼及其他必要記載項

第一、二、四及六項的細目由作品本身取得, 因此, 在可能的情況, 應儘量使用作品本身的語文著錄; 解說該等項的資訊, 使用作品本身的語文, 置於方括弧內。
例外的情形是:
- 規定的縮寫(見0.7)及規定的說明(見0.10及0.11);
- 資料類型標示(見1.2)及經銷者職責敘述(見4.3), 應以國家書目機構或其他編目機構選定的語文為準。
第三項著錄的語文, 由各相關的ISBD規定。
第五、第七及第八項使用的術語, 不必置於方括弧內, 應以國家書目機構或其他編目機構選定的語文為準。例外的情形是:
- 在第七項裡引用到的書名;
- 第七項裡用到的引句;
- 第八項裡的識別題名。
作品不是國家書目機構或其他編目機構選定的語文, 必要時, 可以直接翻譯或轉述為該等機構使用的語文, 不必置於方括弧內。

各ISBD的例子祗是範例, 不是規定。

※符號問題
無法重製的符號(通常既不是數字也不是字母), 可以用文字說明或相當的字母或字詞。
這種替代內容置於方括弧內, 必要時, 在附註項說明。

    附註: 著者的縮寫以音符表示。
